Welcome, I’m Melissa Kaye Swaney.

 

My journey is one of resilience, reinvention, and deep-rooted compassion.

I’m the founder and executive director of a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through education, creativity, and community. With a background shaped by both personal challenges and professional triumphs, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others find their voice, purpose, and potential—especially those too often overlooked or underestimated.

Armed with a BA in Communication and Organizations and a MA in Communication and Leadership, I blend academic insight with real-world experience. I’ve built workshops, led teams, created meaningful content, and guided individuals and communities toward healing, empowerment, and growth.
